Return & Refund Policy

We are here to help you if you’re looking to return your order! We offer simple returns within 30 days of purchase to the original payment method for all unopened packages. You can contact us at contact@shaahtea.com with the order number and the reason for return of product. We’d love to know what went wrong so we can assist you in the best way possible. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you want to cancel your order, requests must be initiated within 24hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped. In the case that the order has been shipped, this is considered a return - the return policy applies.
